FREAK OUT YOUR FRIENDS OVER SKYPE!
During a video chat, ask your partner if they or any other family member are babysitting. Chances are they'll say no and ask why (If not, fuck them for not following the script). Question them about the little girl you saw in the background, with long błack hair and a white dress. Say she just stared at your friend for a while before walking out of view (This'll only work if your friend is sitting with their back to some sort of space. If they have only a wall directly behind them, it won't work). Laugh as your friend freaks out and think about what a good person you are.
