Easy Lucid Dreaming Step 1 : Lay straight with your arms at your sides Step 2 : Do not scratch or move. It may be hard at first but you'll get used to it. Step 3 : After a while you might feel numb or an odd sensation, if so it's your body preparing yourself for sleep. After about 20 or 30 minutes you should fall asleep. If you open your eyes you can dream with your eyes open ( You will halucinate so i dont recommend it) All the steps above let you know that you are sleeping so you can now control your dreams.
